Mosaic sheets are protected with foam film and cardboard. Packed into fumigated export wooden crates, reinforced with steel straps. Foam padding inside prevents collision and scratching. Shipping marks, fragile and upward warning signs printed on crate surface for safe sea freight.
Standard pattern mosaic: 15–30 working days after deposit received. Custom marble, custom pattern size: 18–25 working days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Lead time excludes ocean shipping time, depends on order quantity.
Main payment term: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for large commercial projects. Small sample orders support Western Union and PayPal payment.
Q1: Are the mosaic pieces mounted on mesh backing?
A: Yes. The interlocking circle marble pieces are pre-assembled on fiber mesh backing, easy for installers to lay on site. Each sheet is pre-laid and inspected in factory.
Q2: Can I change the marble combination? For example use green marble instead of red marble?
A: Yes. We can swap different marble varieties, such as Verde Alpi, Panda White, black marble according to your design concept. Send your color scheme for quotation.
Q3: Can this mosaic be used in shower area? Does it need sealing?
A: Suitable for interior wet area like shower wall. Natural marble is porous. We strongly recommend sealing after installation to prevent staining and water damage.
Q4: Is there color and vein variation between mosaic sheets?
A: Yes, it is natural character of marble. Vein and tone will have slight differences. We will take batch photos for your confirmation before packing.
Q5: What surface finish options can you offer?
A: Polished finish brings glossy luxury effect. Honed matte finish is available if you want soft non-slip surface for floor application.
