Q1:Sample delivery
A1: Samples are usually for free,but the freight would be charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express cost.

A2: Our MOQ is usually 50 square meters, depends on different kind of material.
Q3:How long is the lead time?
A3: The time of delivery is about 10~30 after the deposit arrival,also depending on quantity.
Q4:Can your basalt be made in 1cm thickness?
A4: Yes, our basalt is strong enough for 1cm thin tiles, we have professional automatic machine to cut right size tiles.
Q5:Are you a manufacturer ?
A5: Yes,we have own factories located in Fujian.
Q6:Do you also make customized design?
A6: Yes. We can do as per client's requirements.
Q7:What is your port of loading?
A7: Normally we export the stone products from Xiamen port or Shanghai Port, China. Some special products will be exported from it's origin place to secure more competitive prices. And we will go to origin place to inspect the products.
Q8:What's the delivery time for such as 1 20' container?
A8: Very quick, 2-3 weeks is fine.
Q9:Is this stone hard?
A9: Basalt is formed by volcanic eruptions and is very hard, harder than granite.
Q10:How to install the exterior wall?
A10: This stone can be installed in the same way as granite and limestone. It can be installed in the way of external wall dry hanging, dot hanging, back bolt and small aluminum alloy unit all ok.
