We follow a strict multi-step workflow for every custom stone profile. First, slabs are carefully selected and vein-matched according to your design layout. CNC waterjet & milling machines cut the rough shape accurately. Then skilled craftsmen shape curved profiles and polish rounded edges to a silky smooth finish. All components go through dry fitting in our workshop: we assemble the whole set to check dimensions, joint gaps and vein continuity before packing. Any minor adjustment is done here, not on site. After inspection, final polishing and cleaning are completed. This factory pre-fit process is the key to achieving those ultra-tight, nearly invisible seams you see in the finished installation.
Each stone piece is wrapped with flexible foam sheet to protect polished surfaces and edges. Fragile corners are reinforced with corner guards. Finished sets are fixed inside custom fumigated solid wooden crates, with inner filling to stop shifting and vibration during ocean transit. Crates are marked with shipping marks, upward & fragile labels. This heavy-duty packing greatly lowers risks of chipping, cracking or damage on the long sea voyage.
Quality control runs through the whole production cycle. We inspect slab quality, thickness tolerance, flatness, veining alignment, edge polishing and joint gap after each fabrication stage. The mandatory dry-fit test is our core QC checkpoint. We provide photos and videos of pre-assembly for your confirmation before shipment. For engineered stone, we verify density, water absorption and stain resistance. For natural marble, we check for cracks and filling quality. If any defect is found during our inspection, we rework immediately. Our goal is to send only qualified stone sets and help you avoid site quality disputes.
