Custom marble waterjet medallion serves as the core visual centerpiece for luxury large-scale interiors:
Medallion pieces are carefully separated and protected. Each marble piece wrapped with foam film. We use heavy-duty fumigated wooden crates reinforced with steel straps. Individual partitions inside crate prevent collision and scratching. Shipping marks, fragile & upward signs printed on crate surface for safe sea freight.
Custom pattern & custom size: 20–30 working days after deposit and final drawing confirmation. Lead time includes waterjet cutting, factory pre-laying, QC inspection and packing. Not including ocean shipping time. Complex patterns will take slightly longer.
Main payment: T/T wire transfer. 30% deposit upon order confirmation and drawing lock, 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable sight L/C available for large hotel project orders. Sample small pieces can be paid by Western Union / Paypal.
Q1: Can you make the medallion according to my own design drawing?
A: Yes. We accept custom CAD drawings, pictures or sketch designs. Our technical team will check and adjust the pattern for waterjet processing before production.
Q2: Do you pre-lay the marble medallion in factory before packing?
A: Yes. We fully assemble and inspect the whole medallion in our workshop. We send photos and videos for your confirmation before packing, to ensure pattern alignment, color matching and seamless joints.
Q3: What marble types can be used for the inlay?
A: We can combine different natural marbles like white marble, golden marble, black marble, green marble, red marble, to match your interior tone.
Q4: What finish options do you offer?
A: Polished finish is most popular for grand lobby to achieve reflective luxury effect. Honed matte finish is optional if you prefer softer low-gloss surface.
Q5: Is natural marble floor medallion easy to maintain?
A: Natural marble is porous. We recommend sealing after installation. Regular cleaning and re-sealing every 1–2 years will protect the surface and prevent staining.
Q6: What is MOQ?
A: MOQ is flexible. We accept single villa one-set orders, also support bulk hotel project orders.
