A: Minor natural color difference exists for all natural granite. We select blocks from the same quarry layer and pre-sort slabs before packing to keep color consistent. We can confirm production against your pre-approved sample.
Q3: What thickness do you recommend for exterior wall dry-hanging and paving?
A: For exterior dry-hang curtain wall: 25–30mm. Pedestrian paving: 20–25mm. Driveway/vehicle area: 30mm. Indoor floor & countertop:15–18mm. Heavy municipal project:50mm+. Custom thickness available.
Q4: Can you provide test reports?
A: Yes. We can supply physical mechanical test report, including water absorption, density, compressive strength, flexural strength, for project tender submission.
Q5: Can you make custom sizes and edge profiles?
A: Yes. We cut custom slabs, tiles, stairs, pool coping, curbstone. Available edge profiles: straight, eased, bevel, half bullnose, pencil round, ogee. Multiple surface finishes optional (flamed, honed, polished, brushed etc).
Q6: Can I get free samples? A: Small samples (100×100mm / 150×150mm) are free. Buyer pays the courier freight. We can send samples with your required finish.
Q7: How do you pack the granite to avoid breakage in sea shipment?
A: Packed in strong fumigated wooden crates, with edge protectors, plastic film wrapped, strapped tightly. We fix cargo inside container to prevent shifting during long ocean transit, reduce breakage risk.
Q8: Is it suitable for outdoor use? Will it fade under sunlight?
A: Yes, it is UV-stable, will not fade. Low water absorption, good freeze-thaw resistance. We recommend flamed/brushed finish for outdoor paving for better anti-slip performance. Periodic sealing is suggested.
Q9: What is your production lead time?
A: Normally 15–25 working days after receiving deposit, depends on total quantity and processing requirements.
